How it smells
Bergamot flashes bright for a second and vanishes before you can really catch it. Right behind it, patchouli and vetiver press into the skin, damp and earthy, like the stone floor of an old cellar on a rainy day. Leather comes through oiled and supple, bringing a worn riding saddle to mind. Hour by hour the warmth of ambergris builds, and the cellar chill slowly gives way. By evening it already resembles resin.
There's hardly any sweetness in it, so it suits days when you want to smell understated.
