🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Be Frsh fragrance samples.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please follow the instructions below.

📦 Return Eligibility

You have the right to return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

  • Only products that are unopened, unused, and in original condition are eligible for return.

  • Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned due to hygiene and resale standards.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

⚠️ Please note:
If your parcel is not collected or is returned to us due to incorrect address information, a 30 € return and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

🌍 International Returns

We accept returns from international customers, but:

  • The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Ensure that you follow all local regulations when returning items internationally.

  • Returns must be properly declared and safely packaged for international transit.

We do not provide return labels for international shipments.

📥 Return Process

  1. Contact Us First:
    Email us at info@befrsh.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not return your order without receiving confirmation from us.

  2. Check Your Order Upon Arrival:
    If you receive a wrong or incomplete order, do not open the products. Notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  3. Return Packaging:
    Send the unused, unopened items back in their original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt and a completed return form (if provided).

  4. Return Costs:
    All return shipping fees are paid by the customer. If a return is approved, we will refund the product value only, excluding shipping costs.
    In cases where additional costs are incurred (e.g. unclaimed parcels), a 20 € processing fee will apply.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items:

  • You will receive an email confirming the return.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • For Klarna orders, the refund will be processed through Klarna.

Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

🚫 Exceptions

  • Free samples and promotional gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used.

  • Refunds will not be granted for unclaimed parcels or failed deliveries caused by customer address errors, unless otherwise agreed.
