How it smells
Slightly sour raspberry juice and bright bergamot make the opening surprisingly sunny. As it warms on you, praline smells of sugar browned in a pan, and damask rose rests in the background like a velvet curtain. The scorched fruit runs from start to finish. In the drydown, palo santo and guaiac wood bring out rough timber, which Peru balsam softens into something resinous. Patchouli and Haitian vetiver root add an earthy tone to the base.
