How it smells
At first it's so edible you almost want to take a bite. Jasmine peeks out from behind the sweetness for a moment. Brazilian tonka bean rounds out this dark gourmand, and amber gives it a resinous glow. After an hour the candied side eases off, leaving a drier, woody warmth from amberwood and soft musk. Patchouli runs underneath the whole time, a damp, almost earthy thread.
It's at its best on a sweater collar, rising up whenever you turn your head. If vanilla is your comfort scent, this one is deep and grown-up.
