📦 Shipping Information
📍 Dispatch & Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your delivery in real time.
🇫🇮 Domestic Deliveries (Finland)

All domestic orders are shipped via Posti Oyj.

Delivery available only to addresses within mainland Finland.

No deliveries to Åland, except for Smartpost parcel lockers located in the Åland network.
If you select delivery to a parcel locker in Åland, you are responsible for any customs duties or processing fees that may apply. We do not calculate or cover these costs.
Parcels must be collected within 7 days of arrival. Unclaimed shipments will be returned to us and are subject to a 20 € return and handling fee.
🌍 International Shipping (Outside Finland)
All international orders are shipped via FedEx.

EU countries: 2–5 business days — Shipping cost: 24,99 €

UK & USA: 2–5 business days — Shipping cost: 39,99 €

Other countries: 2–7 business days — Shipping cost: 39,99 €
We only ship internationally via FedEx to ensure reliable and trackable delivery.
Note: FedEx will attempt delivery only once.
If the delivery fails and additional attempts or reshipment are needed, the customer will be charged for the extra shipping costs.
🧾 Customs & Import Duties

Many countries (e.g. USA) offer duty-free imports up to a certain value (e.g. $800 USD).

In other countries, import taxes or customs fees may apply depending on local regulations.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check their country’s import laws before ordering.
Any customs duties, taxes, or processing fees must be paid by the customer. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, any return or restocking costs will be deducted from the refund.
🚚 Delivery Address Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel cannot be delivered, it may be returned to us. In such cases, we cannot offer a full refund. At our discretion, a partial refund may be issued after deducting shipping and handling fees.
